Too big

I bought a pair for my brother as a Christmas gift and he normally wears a size 12 but they don't carry that size so i ordered an 11 and they are too big. I keep trying to contact the company but so far no response

I got my husband a 9.5 because that’s his size on every shoe or boot and these where super big. i can’t even return them now so they are just there in the closet.
